The Chamber of Commerce COVID-19 Response Grant Program is designed to provide funding to local Arizona chambers of commerce for the chambers to implement or expand programs that accelerate local economic recovery. Funded through the State of Arizona’s Crisis Contingency and Safety Net Fund, there is $1,000,000 total funding available. Chambers may submit proposals to this competitive grant program to implement, or expand, any initiative or initiatives that support local businesses and accelerate local economic recovery related to COVID-19. The grant allows for no more than $20,000 per full-time equivalent employee at the chamber, with a maximum award of $50,000.

The application closed Monday, November 23, 2020 at 5 p.m. Applications were awarded on a competitive basis following a peer review process. The grant recipients were announced December 14, 2020.
