The Arizona Department of Health Services (ADHS) released guidelines as pools resume operations by implementing public health protections and Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) guidelines.

Occupancy percentage limitations expire. Barbers and cosmetologists must continue to implement physical distancing and mask protocols.

June 29, 2020

Groups of more than 10 are prohibited from congregating together in or near municipal, hotel and motel, or public pools.

Arizona guidance includes considering requiring guests to bring their own towels, avoiding group events such as swim lessons, and staggering drop-off and pick-up times for swim lessons.
